Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — non refund of partially cancelled ticket amount

On 30.7.2017, i have booked ticket for self and wife for journey from bbs to mas by train no. 12841 to travel on 21.11.2017. I have cancelled my wife ticket on 14.7.2017 and i alone performed the journey. For the partially cancelled ticket i have not received the refund till date. Please refund the amount at the earliest.
