Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — non refund of ticket for cancelled train

I have cancelled my train tickets booked in oct'16 and yr 2017 but i have not received refund amount. I have dropped them several mail but every time a new ticket id is generated, on there request i have provided my bank statements.

I have booked ticket the rail app for my grandparents and there were still 118 tickets n I have preferred both the lower births and when I booked it my grandpa got the middle one and my grand ma the upper one ...please update ur reservation system n please do provide the older ones with the lower birth a humble request from ur customer
