Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — not get refund

Sir with pnr no. [protected] i was supposed to get the my refund two times, now 7 days gone but yet i didnt get my refund...
The refund which was initiated on 22 was successfully credited in my account but the amount which was initiated on 25 is not credited in my paytm wallet..
Earlier i contact irctc customer care and they send me the confirmation mail that from irctc the amount was successfully initiated and ask me to show that mail to ur respective bank for refund..

""but when i contact my bank for the refund by showing the confirmation email which u were send they simply tolde that there is no refund initiated with this transaction id and told me to contact irctc for refund...
They they also told me that no refund amount has been shown with the same transaction id which u have sent to me..""
