I am jayanta biswas from natun barnia, barnia, tehatta, nadia, west bengal, pin-741156. Before one month ago i had booked 2 tickets of lalgola passenger from debagram to sealdah station. And day before ago of journey i cancelled the two tickets severally but i have not get yet the refundable money. So please help me to get the refundable money. I have added picture of the two tickets cancellation summary. Thanking you

We are booking Online E ticket on dt:31/07/2017 through Piduguralla to Tirupati PNR NO:[protected] Ticket cancled amt245/- will not refund on our account Please Returnback amount as early as possiable
