Ticket id:-633276 I want to inform you that my pnr number: [protected] has been cancelled successfully as per my request. The ticket was wl.. The refund amount of rs. 615 not refunded.. Transaction id: [protected]... Why u r not refunded my amount after cancellation wl ticket.. What was the reason.. What is ur service? If my amount was not refunded so i complained to consumer court.. Or higher authority.. Why u showing false at irctc refund status.. Its sent to bank... I have booked the ticket on 3-4-18 vide pnr no.[protected] for bvi to jodhpur for 4-7-18, My parents (Father and Mother) are sr.citizen but no lower seat were alloted to any one. As per the govt policy a sr citizen will be alloted with a lower birth in trains. I am attaching the copy of ticket booked by me.
