[Resolved]  Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — not refunded

I book ticket on 3rd june with 3830.49/- through irctc app but ticket get cancelled and money shown as refunded to my bank on 6th june. But money still not credited. I approached the bank with the refund reference number 17203019155922756126998 against order id [protected] which irctc given to me and after 15days i received a mail from bank they don't get any refund from irctc. I attached the mail to irctc what i received from bank but still not get refunded. It's almost 1month i made all efforts with bank and irctc sending mails and doing everything.
