Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — not showing the booked ticket for dormitory

On 11/03/19 i had booked a dormitory in tata station details are sent to my mobile no. But could not able to print the ticket because it is not showing. Confirmation tid - [protected], ref no.- tatarr1367067, doj - 16/03/19 11:35:00 rr, tata pax - mriganka mandal, fare-119 sc: 11.8... Please solve this issue.

Also i have attached the only document which is the screenshot of that confirmation message.
