Hi sir, My refund is too late. I have submted bank statement. I have many time contact to irctc phone and email but only said by that people = email has been forwarded to the concerned department. You will receive a reply in this regard shortly by urmila dixit (Executive curtomer care) But now yet time not received. Please resolve my problem as soon as posible.
