I have to travel by sj rajdhani as it has no booking in general quota between my stations, but from last few months every time i book in tatkal, it shows error that booking not allowed while there is seats available and money got debited from account. I have to suffer as i have no other option to travel. I have contacted customer care but there was no satisfactory reply from them. Kindly resolve this issue.
