Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — online ticket booking - money deducted from bank account but ticket not issued | |
Today, i have booked online ticket through irctc portal from new delhi to dhanbad station in duronto express, journey date - 08/07/2019 (Booking date - 01/07/2019). I have paid the required amount through hdfc net banking. Amount have been also deducted. The same have been confirmed by bank in sms and email by bank. However, tickets are not released. After checking into irctc account, i found this transaction details in "last transaction details". Screenshot of details (Booking no.- [protected]) is attached. It is mentioning that pending from bank end. However, banks are confirming that payments are made.. Please look into the matter and confirm whether tickets will be released on not. If not then when payment will be returned. A line of confirmation will be highly appreciated and will help me to plan for further ticket booking. Was this information helpful? | |
