I am a nri and want to make train bookings for myself. I have registered my overseas mobile number and paid the fees, but i am not getting the otp on my mobile to verify the number.
It is almost more than a month now since i have logged the issue (#6597788) with the customer care and it is not resolved till date. Also i am not getting a proper answer from the customer care. Every time i speak to them, i have been asked to wait for 24 hours. But the the issue is not resolved.
Can i you please look into this, as i need to make train bookings for my my visit in nov 2017.

I haven't received any update on the above issue. The issue is not yet resolved. It's more that 3 months now I am unable to make train bookings.
