Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — payment was successful yet ticket was not booked hence, requesting for a quick refund

while trying to pay for booking this ticket, the money (rs 425) has been deducted from my acocount and even it showed successful payment by payu money, but the ticket didn't get booked and i lost my money for no reason at all. I humbly request you to take required actions on the corncered matter as soon as possible and arrange for a complete refund.
