Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — pending from bank end/payment failed and money deducted

I booked a train ticket in 12080 (Jana shatabdi express) on 02/01/2019.
However, it shows "pending from bank end" till now. I have used rupay debit card to pay and money was deducted from bank yesterday only. Status is not still clear, seats are not booked.
And what about my deducted money.

I have cancelled my two different tickets on 22nd Dec 2018 and received refund for only one ticket and other is still pending. The details of the ticket is available in attached image.

I am booked a tatakal train ticket after payment by le travnure pvt Ltd but disconnect, no any message from irctc
