Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — problem with new online e-ticketing system | |||
With the new e-ticketing system of irctc there are lot of problems. 1. It is not user friendly. 2. No provision to directly log-in for registered customers. It used to save lot of time earlier. 3. When we check availability of trains/seats we could see all details at a time unlike in the new software. 4. No provision to take ticket print online. We can not always depent on mobile messages. 5. Several times i have faced problem while payment is done-it shows error even after payment. Once again we have to log-in. Kindly fix these bugs/shortcomings in the software.
