Hello Team, My name is Kotresh T M and I have booked the train from SBHR ( Subramanya Road) To KSR Bangalore for 10 people for 20 July 2019. But I have not received any information/ communication via SMS or email from IRCTC regarding Train Cancellation or Train Route Diverted. When we reached station we got notified that Train cancelled and amount will be refunded automatically, since I have booked via IRCTC website. Following are the PNR Numbers [protected] [protected] and below are the additional Details Train Name : BANGALORE EXP Train Number : 16518 Reservation ID : [protected] and [protected] Unfortunately, Train cancelled due to recurring landslips. From the Information from station master, Train got cancelled, I have not raised any TDR as it should refund automatically. Now when I approached, customer care they are mentioned train is not cancelled but it is not reached the boarding station. I am not able to get refund which is about 2600rs.
