Dear sir, i booked ticket in marudhar express on on 26 may 2018. Train was late 6 hour. So i canceled the ticket. But did not get refund. As a rule if train is late for 3 hour then cancel ticket charge will be refund but i did not received

Money deducted but ticket is not booked showing pending from bank. kindly do the needful at the earliest. payment is successful paid through UPI mode RAZORPAY. Booking transaction ID [protected]. Booking Status Pending From Bank End.
