Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Railway Tickets not received after 5 days of online payment | |||||
My name is sujoy chatterjee. I have booked three railway tickets through irctc website on june 1, 2017. The payment was also done. According to your website, tickets were scheduled to come in my registered address by 36 hours through m/s. Overnite express ltd. But after more than 5 days, still i have not received your tickets. Today when i have called customer care of m/s. Overnite express ltd, they clearly told me that they are not aware of this incident. Now my question is that after paying the amount of inr 2005/- through online mode why i have to face this difficulty. Then why irctc would not the responsibility of the whole thing. The ticket was done for 3 passengers i. E sk chatterjee, sumona chatterjee & sujoy chatterjee. Two of the passengers are senior cityzens also. I want to know the exact reason of this harassment.
