Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund against failed transaction | |||
I tried to book tickets through irctc but somehow all transactions got failed and my money got deducted. I got refund for three transactions among 4. For one transaction i still didn't get refund, its already more than 12 days. I have sent so many mails to irctc ([protected]@irctc.co.in) but didn't get any response. Also tried to call customer care but that also of no use. Below is the transaction details, between these two i got refund for one but of which transaction id not sure because in bank account irctc transaction id is not there.
