Respected sir, the refunds of my 3 partially cancelled tickets has not been received by me. I have cancelled it on 29 Nov 2017. The PNR numbers are as follows.: 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] The cancellation id's are as follows.: 1. [protected] 2. [protected] 3. [protected] I have paid it through my SBI debit card. I have also sent a mail to you regarding this 16 Dec 2017. All i got was a ticket ID. Nothing more. Still my refund money has not reached me. I have attached the screenshots for your perusal. When will I get it back? Please help me.
