I was booked a ticket from new delhi to guwahati on 2nd sept 2017 (Pnr - [protected], 12502 / porvotr s krnti, doj - 17-sep-2017) but train was cancelled. After a month i would't have received refunded amount to credit card from which ticket was booked. When i asked irctc to confirm the detail of refunded amount they have give me confirmation that they already have refund the amount on some "rds refund topup" on 20th sept 17 but i don't have any rds wallet and requested them to kindly remit the amount to credit card from which ticket was booked and attached statement of credit card on 24th oct 17 as advised by irctc cc executive.
After several reminder and discussion with cc executive i didn't have getting any response from irctc team except "wait kar lo" all the times from last one and half month, and they also said me that i have sent only one mail on [protected]@irctc.co.in regarding my refund amount.
