I missed train just now as no one opened door of b1, b2, b3 compartments. The train is delayed by more than 6 hrs and after long waiting it was missed as no one opened door and no one exists to open door, no one on the platform to help. Could you do the justice and take necessary action on neglect of their duties whoever concerned to. I booked my ticket on 10 feb 2019 in tatkal at 10am in Ac 3 tier...My tckt is not booked due to unavailability of seats but money is deducted from payatm and on payatm it will shown.i want to know When it will refund my money??? And how much time it will take to refund my money..
