Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund arising from ticket cancellation not received

I have not received the refund amount (Rs.9150.00) arising from ticket cancellation till date.
I made payment through SBI Debit Card. The refund should have
already been deposited in my account, But it was not deposited till date..
Cancellation ID: [protected].
Date of Jorney: 04-01-18 from Bhubaneswar to Guwahati.
As per status given in the IRCTC website, amount was refunded on[protected].
