Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund complaint

Dear sir,
Since 12 days i have cancelled my e-ticket but till niot refund in my account why this made. I am totally stressed mentally.
New customer care no cant receive call. When call them they are busy and not connecting call. Even when call is connected there problem is to low our server call after some time.
So i am totally mentally strssed for themselves. Refund amount is 4370
Pnr no [protected] irctc transaction id - [protected]
Date of cancellation 29 april 2018

Please help me
