Dear sir/madam, I gunjan choudhary was booking a 3ac ticket last week from irctc website but amount of rs. 1415 was deducted form my card and the ticket was not booked. While making payment the website got reloaded and amount was deducted. I did mail on the [protected]@irctc website but i haven't received a reply so far. My ticket id is 629659.
