they said i will get refund within 3-4 days
but even after 11 Days i havend recieved Amount in my Bank Account
but on their website they showing staus - refunded

Their phone no. going busy all the times
i dont know what to do now, just i can wait

The new website is absolutely a disaster!! People are facing really hard time to login into their own account and cancelling a ticket is really a mess without being able to login to your account. Please revert back to the flow of old website with the design of new website if possible. Please fix the login issue.

Sir I am travelling in train no. 12808 Delhi to vishakapatnam on[protected] I ordered dinner of veg meals while taking money they charge 100INR . Pleas e see attachment below as I asked them for bill what they have given. I asked to write veg meals but they have not attended anything.

I don't know why the irctc website is running, The design is Good But Development is very bad, because, when i am booking a ticket it is round round circle, after login error, Please find this Screenshot. i suggested you, please development irctc web properly. at last i am fail to booking in irctc.
