I was booking train ticket from nizamuddin (Nzm) to katni (Kte) for date 02.04.2018 and payment done from
Netbanking of central bank of india. Money of rs. 2960 got debited from account but transaction failed. Also
Checked in booked ticket history but transaction failed showing for transaction id: [protected].
Please refund my money of rs 2960 debited through netbanking of my account. It is more than 1 month now still i've not got refund

I cancel my ticket on 3rd may 2018 but amount is not refunded. It is showing that amount is refunded and sent to bank.
