Had booked train tkt through Irctc app on 17 JUNE 2019 in tatkal quota made payment through Mobiqwik payment gateway through Zaakpay but due to seat unavailability tkt did not booked but payment deducted through SBI debit card still today payment not refunded in my bank account . In irctc app it show amount refunded to bank account . Below are details shown in irctc app S Refund Amount-Rs 3100 Bank reference id- Refund status-Amount credited to bank Refund id-[protected] But still amount not credited in my account Kindly...
