Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund money of tickets | |
I've booked the tickets on 28th june, 2019 for howrah to njp for 4 persons and money debited from my account but not get ticket. Then i called irctc customer care. They said me to wait for 7 days. Yesterday, 5th july, 2019, i again called customer care. They said the tickets are not booked and i should go to my bank. When i update my passbook i see the amount rs. 3275/- debited from my account on 28.6.19 but the amount is not refunded in my account. Ticket details 1) Transaction id: [protected] Train no: 15721 Train name: paharia exp from station: howrah to station: new jalpaiguri Date of journey: 26-oct-2019 class: 3a Date of booking: 28-jun-2019 total ticket fare: rs 3275.0 Refund details Refund status: amount credited to bank Refund id: [protected] Still i did not received the refund money in my account. I have booked tickets three times but all the three times ticket fare was deducted from bank but tickets were not generated...
