Hi team, Good afternoon User id : pulsariyap I have booked a ticket for tirunelveli to mumbai thorugh irctc app, but after deduction amount i am not receive the ticket form (Because payment failed reason) but u receive the amount so checking for request and quickly that amount return the bank and showing payment failed.. Kindly reverse my amount as soon as possible. For your reference i have meintioned below the transaction id.
