Dear sir/mam I have cancelled a waiting ticket which was booked from my irctc mobile app, a confirmation email was sent to me that i will get the refunded amount in 3-4 days. I have cancelled the ticket on 05/08/2017 at 12:04:24 but yet i didn't received my money back in my account. My pnr no. Was [protected] D. O. J 05/08/2017 Cancellation id [protected] Name of the train was hte bnc express (18637) I am attaching screenshot of both booking ticket and cancellation ticket. Was this information helpful? | |||
