Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund not credited to my account

I have booked ticket of 30th March 2024 from Nagpur to Pune on 7th January 2024 the ticket was not booked but the amount of Rs. 2546/- was deducted from my account but, I haven't received the refund amount yet the bank reference Id is [protected] in which amount has been credited from my account, Kindly resolve my query.
