Hello! I booked a ticket on irctc on 30/03/2018 but cancelled it on 31/03/2018 for a reason. I book them by debit card. After cancelling the train, rs.120 charged for per ticket cancellation. It is today 06/04/2018 but the amount is not yet credited. I mailed them to [protected]@irctc.co.in but they did not respond. There is no phone number i can call them directly. Now what to do?
