Dear sir/mam, i have booked my tickets of my family 4 persons) from panipat to jalandhar. The deaprture time of train is 4.45 am but the train is more than 6 hours late even no passenger travel on that train. I filed a tdr but today i got a mail regarding that you request is cr repudiated. Thats not fair. Please refund my amount as soon as possible.

I am trying to book two tickets from dhola junction to Vadodara junction on 31st October. In the payment gateway, I have paid 500 rupees and payment information seems PUR/IRCTC/New Delhi/Seq No 536364. Tickets have not been booked. It is a humble request to refund my amount deducted.
