Sir/Mam, I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC in indore Dehradun exp (14317) on 2/11/2018 but due to some issue Rs.500.49 got debit from my account and the ticket was not booked.The Irctc shows failed transcation (Pemding from the bank end) and "TO TRANSFER UPI/DR/[protected]/IRCTC/YESB/[protected]@ybl/pay" in statement's discription So kindly look into this.
