Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund not issued for more than two months | |
I have cancelled a ticket with PNR [protected] and it has been more than a month but did not receive the refund. Raised a complaint for this and attached the bank statement for this but no action has been taken till date. Complaint has been raised several weeks ago but no action has been taken. I spoke to Bank regarding this and they got a confirmation from IRCTC stating that money is with IRCTC. So look into this issue. Was this information helpful? | |
