I had booked ticket in 3ac compartment of kochuveli-lokmanyatilak gharibrat express (12202) which got short terminated after 4 hours i boarded due to konkan landslide. Within an hour i called the customer service and kept calling as well as sent emails nearly pleading to provide instructions on refund. The responses were so poor and calls were connected only after 48 hours just kept on saying "technical error call after sometime". From newspaper i knew i can get refund up to 72 hours if i had filled tdr before this. But the tdr option wasn't available to click whenever i tried it, well before this time. So as it is 72 hours now i can't claim for refund. And i believe irctc is making the best profit on tickets of trains that didn't even reach halfway of their destination like this, since it doesn't have to be bothered about any customer satisfaction. I'm glad i didn't book 1st class tickets for a life time of money just to get dropped down halfway and that i could to fly much safe and healthy in non government airlines for the remaining distance and reach destination before i expected.
