Dear Sir/Madam, I have booked a ticket in the IRCTC website and cancelled it, but I have not received the refund yet. I request you to kindly help me to get the refund. Transaction ID: [protected] PNR: [protected] Cancellation/Refund ID: [protected] Refund Amount: 2060.0 I have sent several mails to [protected]@irctc.co.in and I have also contacted the customer care but I didnt receive the money till date, even after 1 month of cancellation.
