I had cancelled three railway tickets on 19th april, 2018. I had booked the tickets through irctc website and cancelled through the same. But i have not received the refund yet.
The same thing happened last time also when i had booked railway tickets through kmb and not received the refund almost till after a month.
This time around also i had booked the tickets through kmb via debit card and cancelled them but i did not receive the refund amount in my bank account.
I have already placed a complaint with consumercomplaints.in but no action has yet been taken. I request you to take my complaints seriously and respond to them asap. All the details of the cancelled tickets have been provided in my previous complaint.
