I have cancelled the tickets (Pnr [protected]) booked under tatkal quota in the train no12591 between malm-ypr due to train delay by more than 12 hrs. I have tried to file tdr through online. But the transaction did not appear on the tdr page. I checked with enquiry cell at bangalore junction and they replied that if train delay then automatically refund will come. I have not got any refund from irctc. Kindly guide me to get refund. I mailed to [protected]@irctc.co.in and they alloted ticket id 12813. Afterwards nothing happened.
