I recieved the below email from irctc.. But not recived the amount yet. Please expedite Dear customer, We wish to inform you that, with reference to refund against pnr number [protected] /irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 280.0 has been processed as per below details: Date of cancellation of e-ticket/date of failure of e-ticket booking:08-may-2018 Refund processing date:10-may-2018 Refund amount:280.0 Refund reference no:[protected] Payment option used : paytm wallet Normally the banks take time to process refund in (I) for net - banking/wallets/cash cards transaction: 3-4 business days, (Ii) for credit card/debit card transaction: 6-7 business days Was this information helpful? | |||

Whenever I try to book a tatkal ticket. The IRCTC website just freezes before transaction page (for a minute) and when it come back to normal, all the ticket in all the trains are booked. This is not my internet issue( I have a 100Mbps plan with the fastest dns server) and it had happened more than 15 times(not a coincidence).
