Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — Refund not received yet

I had booked a ticket from jat to hw using irctc connect app on 8th april 2017.
Same ticket was cancelled by me on 23 may 2017 refund amount rs. 2600
As per status on irctc website refund is issued to paytmsdk but the same is not received to me yet.
I have contacted my bank and they have clearly said that they have not received any refund from irctc towards my credit card.

it is showing in my account that my money has deposited in paytmag bank but it did not come on paytm and also in my bank account
