Dear sir/ma'am,
This ia to inform you that i (Irctc user id - dav30) was booking two tatkal tickets on 29/07/2017 from zahirabad to parli vaijnath in train no. 17206. But while making payment through debit card, i received otp but the transaction failed in a last stage, as a result the tickets were not booked but amount of rs. 786 was debited from my bank account.
The failed transaction id for the same was [protected].
Now it has been more than 15 days, but still my refund is not initiated.
I am attching the image of details of the failed transaction here.
So, it is my humble request to look into the matter seriously and take the needful action as early as possible.
