I had booked flight through Creditcard however due to Jet flight issue flight got canceled..! so i requested for refund on 1st feb 2019 today is 2nd 2019July still i didnt got any refund.! I am getting charge for creditcard late fee which is not received from IRCTC..! I emailed them many times however getting same reply * Kindly wait for needfull* shame on Govt services..!
