Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund of money debited twice for a single booking | |||||
While booking a ticket in irctc online on 9th aug 2017 through a debit card (Kvb), i received transaction failed. And then i booked with another debit card (Canara bank). Now my ticket is booked and amount is deducted from both accounts for the same transaction.
