Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund of money debited twice for a single booking

While booking a ticket in irctc online on 9th aug 2017 through a debit card (Kvb), i received transaction failed. And then i booked with another debit card (Canara bank). Now my ticket is booked and amount is deducted from both accounts for the same transaction. The details of my transaction are as follows:

Pnr no [protected]
Train no./name: 12083 / jan shatabdi ex
It would be nice if the deducted amount is refunded as soon as possible
