I booked ticket for 3 family members from ddn-ndls shatabdi express train number 12018 for 15 december 2018. On 14 december a message from irctc received on my phone regarding cancellation of the above dated train due to unavoidable circumstances. Therefore i booked a cab for my family member of 15 december 2018 as they happens to attend an important function at delhi. Under irctc rule if train get cancelled there will be auto refund of the ticket amount. But when for a week i did not received any amount i contacted irctc upon which they said that said train was not cancelled on that date but i have proof in form of message i got from irctc. On repeated communication irctc straight away denying from giving me refund for my booked ticket as train was not cancelled. When i called customer care they cut the call in middle without giving attention to my problem. Was this information helpful? | |

Sir I book ticket on 5 January from LDH to SVDK For 15 January but ticket was not booked and amount was debited from my bank account my transaction I'd [protected] please refund my money and solve my problem
I booked TATKAL (Train no 12657, 12658)on 27/12/2018, 31/12/2018 ON THE INTERNET but the transaction failed due to system fault at the IRCTC website. The amount of money amounting to Rs. 360/- for each, Their Failed transaction ID is- [protected]
So please do the refund to my respective account .
