I am not getting my refund of my cancelled ticket of 16aug jorhat to guwahati journey of coach 15606 of pnr [protected].. It was cost 235.. But i was not able to get confirmed the ticket after chart preparation.. So it was automatically cancelled.. After that i got a msg from irctc that i will get only 175rs from them as refund.. Why they are deducting that amount though i had not cancelled the ticket?? And till today i have not received any amount.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
