I booked a ticket on irctc and then cacelled it. On irctc website it is showing that the money is sent to my bank but the bank is payumpp. I used my union bank of india debit card and the merchant was payu.
[protected] is my transaction id, i booked my ticket on 21st december and and i cancelled the ticket on 26th of december, thats mycancillation id [protected]

On 22 DECEMBER 2017 I was booking a ticket on irctc online via PayUmoney. But the ticket wasn't booked. irctc says they did not receive money.
But my money was deducted and till date not refunded even after complaining many times.
thats my transaction id [protected] and when i checked my bank statement the description is
POS:WWW IRCTC CO IN/GURGAON/[protected]
and transaction id is S76367398
