My user id is wrissohab i have booked a ticket dated 28 dec 2017 under tatkaal quota via debit cum atm card using irctc app my money is deducted but ticket is not booked so please initiate my refund please see the attachment transaction details are provided and i also contacted bank their executive replied that refund is initiated on irctc part please refund my money asap
