I had booked my tickets through postoffice. I had cancelled my tickets before departure. Refund amount of money was 2380. When i went to take my refund they told me to collect the money from railway. Station. I went to the railway station after 4 days they told me u cant get the refund. Bcz im late. So pls help for getting my refund back. My train was ashram express 12915 on 11 march.
