Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — refund ticket charges

I have been booking tickets from irtctc website under the quota tatkal but, by mistake boarding station change at the time filling from so after complete i cancel the ticket. But refund not received. So please solve my complaint refund amount as soon as possible.
